Depending on how quickly the ales turn over you may want to look into a cask breather. This is a device that lets the beer stay under atmospheric pressue and is still dispensed withough exogenous CO2, but it keeps a blanket of CO2 over the beer so it won't stale. If you are turning it over quickly, though, it shouldn't be an issue.
