So the gas beam is really tricky. It actually pressurized the whole lower section through microscopic holes in the weld. Friggin pain in the ass. So I cut the beam out grinded and welded the inside legs and seams again. I then Took the gas beam and put caps in the end and welded them. Then weld on new fittings and pressure test it on the bench. Then I will weld this to the frame. I think this is a easier, safer and smarter design.

Welding the fittings on SUCKS BIG DONKEY DICK!!! Little pin hole leaks. If your not a pro welder its prob easier and cheaper to get a professional to weld the fittings onto the gas beam or pipe it in. I decide since they are pin holes and it's only .4 psi. JB Weld the FUCK out of the tee fitting. I will post tomorrow if it holds.

I had something similar pro welded, and they said no to the gas beam out of the gate. Probably a combination of liability and PITA factor. Went with iron pipe and have been happy with the results. Good luck!
I've consumed all of my homebrew. I'm worried. I can't relax. Now what?

I guess I wasn't following what you meant by gas beam before... my question now is WHY? Pipe seems so much easier to make happen.
