Sure did. She gave it up like a whore. She's easy. I didn't even have to use lube. She's a dirty, dirty girl. Well.... until I used PBW to clean her out.

Seriously, it was smooth as hell. I really liked having the ability to add heat to the mash (without doing a decoction or infusion). We had some crazy efficiency - with the mashout and all. I think I will size the next recipe for 80%.

So would those schematics you've got up at your equipment album be the ones you were referring to Mylo? They're pretty kickass. And if so, I have to ask, what exactly is a "wort tower"?

Talk about bringing it up a notch, you're definitely a true :asshat: sir!

Those are old. I need to post the most up to date ones. Give me a day or two. The water tower is on the left. The wort tower is on the right. Left to right - HLT - Mash - Boil. Fuck that middle eastern right to left shit.

Stainless. I found a local guy that does really nice TIG work. My crappy MIG welds wouldn't cut it.

Sweet!, Yeah good tig welders are few and far between, nowadays. You usually run into someone that claims they can do the work because of pride, but ends up screwing it all to hell. Glad thats not the case with you. Enjoy that beauty! :jnj
