Hey Rusty. Love the stainless. One question, and this is just some of my pet peeves, did you use teflon trhead sealant on the flared end of the tubes, if they are flared?? All the pipe based tees below have what I am assuming are stainless pipe to JIC male falre fittings (FTX fittings). It looks as if you used teflon tape on the straight thread JIC ends. Just wanted to slap your wrist if you did :)

mmmmm 316L is a damn sexy metal! but don't forget billet 6061-T651.

i would choose one of these (ultimate > will work): 316L, silicone, copper.

NEVER EVER teflon a flare fitting!

I did and don't worry I already had my hand slapped for doing it. It has all come off now just was not thinking at the time that might have something to do with the fact that by that stage it was about 7:30pm and I got to the guys place that was helping me at 9:00am so we did start to hit his keg fridge a bit early. Well i'll blame it on that anyway :D :D :aaron

I was not trying to ridicule you. Sorry for that. Just a pet peeve in my industry, but to make you feel better, I see seasoned plumbers and machine builders even doing it. Take care. Nice setup!

How do you make sure all the rinse water is out of the lines when you're done cleaning?

One of the changes that I have made since that photo was to put valves on both end of the manifold so it makes draining it a lot easier I just open everything and leave it open for a hour or so to make sure that it is all drained and dry then just close it all up again. The manifold is also on a slight angle so that helps as well.

The SS is pretty sweet. Never saw a setup like that....

I like the high temp silicon tubing. You can see liquid in the lines, easy to clean, and easy to change things up.
