My buddy and I brewed 10 gallons of Berliner Weisse on it 2 weeks ago, and today we brewed 10 gallons of Octoberfest.

Thanks. The O2-setup is dead simple but works really well. I wouldn't dream of brewing without it. Which reminds me, I need to refill the tank...

Here is my 1550/Brutus monster. I was a dumbass and didn't make the stand wide enough for my HLT to be removed so I did 3 legs for the MLT and gusseted it as best that I could.

I don't remember where I saw it, but that ranks up there with that woman who was wandering around a walmart, stealing the ingredients & making meth in her purse.

Luckily the local constable stops by and hangs out every few days. Now the neighbors that is a different story.
