Looking in my beer book, it looks like there are quite a few craft breweries, mostly are probably local to their region but Ill just them down and give you some websites.

32 Via Dei Birrai
http://32viadeibirrai.com/ book lists Oppale, and Audance
Almond22
http://birraalmond.com/ Torbata and Farrotta
Le Baladin
http://www.baladin.it/it/i-locali/birreria-le-baladin
Barley
http://www.barley.it/
Beba
http://www.birrabeba.it/
Birra Del Borgo
http://birradelborgo.it/
there are a bunch more. Ill just give you the brewery name.
Birrificio Italiano
Bruton
Citabiunda
Cittavicchia
Decato
Grado Plato
Lambrate
L'olmaia
Maltus Faber
Montegioco
Panil
Piccolo Birrificio
Scarampola
Troll
Zahre
Bi-Du
Mosto Dolce
Vicchio Birraio
Villa Pola
Hope that gives you some ideas, This book was printed in 05, so I am sure there are more breweries now.
