Brew Strong on the Perfect Pour!

Ha, I can't believe they can get a whole show out of this topic, but I can't wait to hear them do it. Going to listen to the podcast now...

Turns out I missed the part about balancing a draft system. That makes much more sense for a whole show now.

Damn. I really need this episode. My quick 35 PSI, shake for 100 seconds, bleed the pressure and serve does NOT WORK!!

I am having tons of troubles with excessive foaming from the keg. Gonna listen to it....

This is a great episode but i think I heard some of this info on an earlier Sunday session covered by Doc.

Still its all the BN and I owe Justin the credit for doing away with my 2 feet of 1/4 hose and switching to 5 feet of 3/16 hose

Thanks brother, my tap system is now balanced and I get great pours!!!

They call Jamil the Pope, but if not for Justin, some of us would have never heard of Jamil or John Palmer.

Wellllll......... Maybe Jamil and John due to their success with competitions/books/internet.

But your point is spot on. We would never have heard (practically gotten to know) them or known about Tasty (except on the Longshot bottles), Doc, JP, etc; not to mention the multitudes of brewers, experts, jokes, interviews and overall beer culture.

+1 on props to Justin. Not just a no-talent hack, but the Messiah of the Beer People.

Just to note, my initial incredulity at this topic was due to the fact that I thought the whole show was going to be about pouring a beer, like into a glass from a bottle.

I thought the same thing. But it was a good show on balancing keg lines. Excellent work as always Pope and Palmer.

For beer line length, here is a little online calculator that will do the math for you.
