Terrapin Rye Ale Clone Question

Thu Jan 21, 2010 1:53 pm

I don't think I heard of any aging or conditioning after the three day dry hop. Did Tasty age his clone? After the dry hop is it ready for chilling and carbonating (and drinking)? Did Tasty age his batch?

There was no time for Tasty to age this beer, and due to the hops, you wouldn't want to.

Just a heads up, Tasty's clone was available for sampling at the Winter Brews Festival and it was a great beer!
