Cranker's Brewery Sunday Session 12/16/12

Wed Oct 24, 2012 4:11 pm

Hey all, for those that don't know me, I am a long time BN Army member who left my job of ten years (teaching at-risk teens) and became the head brewer for a new 15bbl production brewery in Big Rapids, MI. I used to be around the forums more but I have dropped off the map a bit since the brewery opened in May.

I am excited to announce that I am Martinez bound and will be the guest on the Sunday Session on December 16th! We will be discussing a pretty wide range of topics from going pro, recipe development, whirlpool hopping, BN inspired beers, etc. Feel free to post questions or topics that you have interest in discussing with us. The more listener input we get, the better the show will be.

Below is a link to our *Facebook* page. There are already some photo albums on the page, but I will create some more so you guys can see our equipment and brewery layout, both for wort production and for packaging (both 12oz bottles and kegs).

I recommend that you ship your beers to all of us listeners so that we can try them with you during the show.

My question is whether you display your Limpic Medals at the brewery...

If there actually were physical medals for the Limpics then yes I would. I would also wear them as I was dry nutting my beers.
