Help me remember what show...

Hey Army,

I want to go back and listen to an interview, but I can't remember the show, the name of the brewer, or the name of the brewery. Yes, I was drinking.

I've looked through the archives and nothing is jumping out at me. The interview was with a brewer who was moving from one brewery to a new one. It's going to be a large facility with three floors and the top floor is going to be for spontaneous fermentation. Everything else is hazy although I swear the brewer was somebody that had been previously interviewed on a past show. But maybe I was just drunk and dreamed up the whole thing.
