That was one of the best Sessions I have heard ever! Definitely worth listening to again. Vinnie sure knows his stuff - I'll have to make a brett oaked beer one of these days and let it age for a long time. Hard to be that patient when IPAs and Stouts taste so good in 3 weeks - wish I could get some barrel aged Russian River beers in NH. Thanks BN!
