I had a cedar aged beer at the Barrel Aged Beer Fest in Chicago last year....for the life of me, I can't remember the brewer. Very interesting. At least I will have a reason to go to Florida when the girlfriend gets sick of taking vacations in beer towns.

Their humidor series (cedar aged beers) are off the hook! Last night we had a cask of the cedar IPA going. The cedar imperial stout is out of this world too.

Not to mention they make an AMAZING imperial stout called Hunahpus. Brewed with chillies and cacao. Un Fing real. One of the best beers I gave ever had. EVER.

Should be an awesome show.

+ 100... believe it or not we get it in NYC and their IPA is excellent. By all means not a West Coast style as the base malts have some caramel notes to it, but has an awesome hop profile. Hopefully they can give out a recipe.
