Thanks to Dan as well for being an enthusiastic guest! This was my first live show (long time podcast listener). I threw in a bit of an overly specific question about bicarbonate levels in the Munich Helles style. It was kind of a bummer to watch JP roll his eyes and sigh when the question was asked. But it was rewarding to see the Dan take the question and run with it with sincere interest.

Looking forward to the Dan Part 5 already! :jnj

Hopefully, I get to meet The Dan tomorrow night! He'll be in town for the GB Alabama launch party. I'm pretty stoked!
