Help Starting Summit Hops; Eugene OR

Ok, so I am leaving this to my GF to do since I am not the plant person. But we need some advice on starting a Summit Hop plant, and if we can even get a ryzome for it. We want the Summit because of it's semi-dwarf status and high cone population.
Side Note: Where the hell do I find a good source for rhizomes? In particular, Summit Hops.
