Have amy of you fine, upstanding gentlemen ever brewed the weizenbock recipe from BCS? I want to brew a 5 gallon batch of something that I can get to a drop off location by 1/28/17 for a local homebrew competition. I have 2 packs of Lallemande Munich dry yeast waiting in my refrigerator now. Can I turn it around in time to get it there before the deadline??
