I've used my second runnings to make a cooking beer before. I added a bunch of cane sugar, used almost no hops, and added garlic and paraded onions to it once it hit high krausen.

Bump up the gravity a bit on the recipe, then use some Belgian sugar in the 2nd running's and WLP530.

Keg#1 Dunkel
Keg#2 Helles
Keg#3 Flanders Red
Keg#4 Star San
Keg#5 Star San
Keg#6 Star San
