A little late, but that's ok. Brewed my second all grain batch ever, my pumpkin ale. 5 gallons, 1.042 OG with the meat from 11 lbs of roasted pumpkins. Turned out great. Happily fermenting away in the little carboy.

Sanitizing my oak cubes for my second go at the DBA clone, pitched last night.

Wish I could get some DBA out here for comparison.

Whirlpooling a spiced holiday ale as I type this. Mash was a couple degrees higher than I wanted, but I'm tuning a new system and little glitches are to be expected; I'm sure it will turn out excellent. It smells like christmas cookies in my garage OG coming in at 1.085.

I've got way too many hops in the freezer. Need to use them up. Just getting ready to do a Pliny the Elder variant. That will use up about a pound.

I over bought hops last year (or underbrewed hoppy beers ). Gonna brew 10 gallons of IPA today and pile em in!
