Just about to heat up the strike water. 5kg pilsner malt & .5kg wheat malt. Not too sure what hops I'm going to use but probably Apollo at 60min and either cascade or simcoe at flame out. WY2112.

I love it when I don't have a plan

Just got home from a long day of teaching. Firing up the kettle for my mash water on an autumnal ESB with traditional hopping schedule (and some dry hops of course...).

Just cleaned up after brewing 10 gallons of Pumpkin Wheat Monster. Named it that because the brewing of it seems to always be a massive monster.

Making a variation of the White House honey ale, replacing the 12 oz amber crystal malt with 6 oz each 40L and 120L crystal, changed the biscuit malt to special roast. Should be a yummy ESB.
