Final round of hefeweizen for my summer party in late august. Trying to rack up 3-4 kegs to serve at the rager!

This guy....10 gallons of Gose, just added the acidulated malt, another 30 min. Mash, then time to sparge! God I love this beer, and if you come to the Emerald Coast Beer Fest in Sept., you can try it!!!

I have a year old gose with a heavy dose of lacto, some coriander and salt that I will be serving at my summer party too! It is a really interesting beer = great for the summer heat!

Making an IPA w/Columbus, Summit and Galena.
<disclaimer>Gotta say 'making' vs. 'brewing' as it's extract. Wouldn't want to piss off Mufasa! :wink: </disclaimer>

About to put 6 gallons of a Centennial/Simcoe Blonde in primary. If all goes well I'll be brewing again tomorrow. Thinking about a Pilsner/Vienna Ale or maybe a hoppy Brown.
