Just some cleanup today. Yesterday we brewed a 60 gallon batch of an American Stout (OG 1.072) that we will put into a big Jack Daniels barrel once it ferments out.



Nice weather this time. A month ago we did the same size batch of a lambic and it rained 3 inches that day. What a mess!

Yesterday, my brewing buddy and I brewed an American Stout that ended up being a Foreign Export Stout, a Deschutes' Twilight clone, and an Orange Blossom Honey Wheat, all destined for club night at NHC.
