Belgian Wit brew session

Fri Mar 31, 2006 5:06 pm

I thought that I'd post on my 2nd Lunch Meat brew session. Last week I made an IPA and this week it was Belgian Wit with improvements from the Jamil show that Dr Scott did on Witbier. I am planning on a decoction next run if I feel spry.

This is a 30 mini-clip of the brew session toward the end of the boil.

This is the 4.5oz of zest that I made up while I heated water etc...
