Is this mold or a pellicle? Brett starter

Brett C and Brett T Mix starter. After an addition of wort to step up my starter I have this. See pic. What is this?

Definitely looks like a pellicle. Is this on a stir plate?

This is my second Brett starter and the first did not get any kind of pellicle. This is the first one like this I have seen.
