Brewed batch & pitched 11.5g pkt. Danstar Belle Saison rehydrated on 4/12 with 1.053 OG. It has been held at a constant 76/78º and after five days I have reached 1.004 SG and it's delicious and quite "Saisony". Apparently this yeast is a champ.

I'll be KEGGING (my first non-bottled batch) a 1.083 strong black saison that I used Belle Saison with this afternoon. Haven't taken a final reading on it yet though.
