Should i use gelatin before or after lagering or does it make a difference

I would recommend after... with a prolonged lager rest at cold temps, gelatin may not even be necessary.

Thanks spider. Makes sense to fine after the majority of stuff has dropped out. Its a kolsch so i want it ex clear i just dont feel like filtering this time.

Even if it doesn't drop everything, if you fine while it's cold, you've got a better chance of removing chill haze since it will have formed, but won't be present at warmer temps.
