That just gives me a reason to brew a couple batches. Im planning on doing a 10 gal amber on saturday, and another 10 of something on sunday. Ill be splitting each into 5 gal, then using different yeast for each one.

That sounds good!

I just double checked and Ray Daniels suggest 1 fl. oz. of slurry per gallon of wort. I'm sure you want to bump that up a little for higher gravity worts.
