wort aeration

Wed Dec 19, 2007 9:53 pm

I was planning on purchasing an aquarium pump and stone for oxygenating my wort when my LHBS salesmen explained that for an extra $10 bucks the pure O2 reg and tank was a better time investment. Now I spend 1 min to saturate my wort with pure O2 and I am ready to pitch the yeast and stick the carboy into my dark fermentation spot.
Keep brewing and experimenting!
