Split batch on a Robust Porter

Mon Oct 27, 2014 8:03 pm

Next weekend I'm gonna do a 10 gallon batch of Porter and split it into 2 carboys. In one I will use WLP002 good old English Ale Yeast but I am undecided for the other. Let's have a little fun vote shall we folks? Which ever one has the most votes by Thursday when I go to get the yeast to make a starter is the one I will use.

It's gotta be White Labs because that's what is at my local homebrew shop
