Different Apple Juices

Mon Jan 22, 2007 1:25 pm

I have been researching cider all day (I've got the cider bug and it's a slow day at work) and have come across some great resources, however, there are alot of different people using alot of different juice for ciders and apple wines.

Alot of people go to Apple Fairs, some people use stuff from the health food stores, and one guy swears by Tree Top from Costco.

I am curious what kind of differences there may be for each of these. I may try an experiment with different juices here in the near future...

Anyone have any experience with different juices? (Apple juices...)

Without question, the greatest invention in the history of mankind is beer. Oh, I grant you that the wheel was also a fine invention, but the wheel does not go nearly as well with pizza.
