Memorial Day Cookouts?

Anyone planning on grillin & chillin this weekend?
I plan on doing some Portabella mushrooms stuffed with crab meat & chilies, some Porterhouse steaks, ribs & chicken.

Going to stick a wild turkey breast in the smoker. Turkey seems to taste so much better when you have to sneak up on it and shoot it with your bow.
