Grilled Salmon Glaze

Sat May 23, 2009 6:34 pm

Just stuffed myself on this recipe (grilled up a sockeye fillet for me and the little lady). It is a very simple one (the hardest part is finding Kecap Manis) but damn is it tasty. This glaze is also great on shrimp and scallops:
~Mix equal parts melted butter and Kecap Manis (sweet soy sauce) and brush on fish of your choice. If you cant find Kecap Manis (check your local asian market) use equal part regular soy sauce and molasses. I apply the glaze throughout the grilling process. Enjoy! :jnj
