Beeriyaki

Been away for a long time. Need to start posting again. Anywho, I just made a great discovery. A teriyaki marinade is even better with some imperial stout added to it. Marinate a good sized chunk 'o cow in there for a few hours then slap it on a grill (indirect) with a small sprinkling of oak chips on the fire. Damn that was tasty! Just thought I'd share. If you want the recipe I used go here: http://smokingbottle.wordpress.com/2009/05/04/beeriyaki/
