Where's the "filet" and "no pants" options?

Gotta go with the Rib-eye but a good slow barbequed brisket is a close second.

New York all the way. Sauteed mushrooms with a little red wine/shallot reduction, roasted red potatoes and Belgian Strong Dark (like feelings fuck vegetables).
FUCK that makes me hungry.

The Ribeye is up there, but I always go with a T-bone. It's like a steak variety pack, and you get a bone to gnaw on when you're done. I said bone...

Rib eye without a doubt! When I go to a good steakhouse I don't really even look at the menu other than to see what everyone else is going to order -> me = rib eye.

A close second, but very different would be a tri-tip BBQ'd Santa Maria style.
