Without question, the greatest invention in the history of mankind is beer. Oh, I grant you that the wheel was also a fine invention, but the wheel does not go nearly as well with pizza.

'Scuse me, but, everyone should post their recipe here.

I'll have you know that is REAL Parkay! None of that generic crap. Only the best for my guests. Seriously though, you always use the squeeze stuff at the boils and then just throw the bottles away when everyone is done eating.

The only Abita I had was Purple Haze. I don't care much for Purple Haze.

Hell, I don't care. Go ahead and post it here. Mine is pretty easy. I just use a couple jars of Pro Boil and 3-4 of the dry seasoning bags. When I do the next boil I dump another jar of Pro Boil and 2-3 more of the dry bags in. I used to mess around with the "special" recipe but said hell with it. Everyone likes the Pro Boil so I just use it now. Bring them to boil for 2-3 minutes, shut of the heat and let them cook about 15 minutes. I then throw in the frozen ears of corn and a bit of ice to stop them from cooking more and let them soak for 15-20 minutes or until they sink. If they sink they are done.
