Here's another good one... made it a while back and it turned out great. Calls for some Firestone Walker Double Barrel Ale... I used a homebrew clone from B3. It (the beer and the dinner) turned out pretty good. I enjoyed them both thoroughly.

I went to my local grocery store and asked the butcher about that same thing. He asked how much I needed and found a leg of lamb that was the same size and just ground it up for me. Worked out great... and lamb has a really nice peppery smell when it first hits the pan when you're browning it... good stuff... I mean, good eats!
