is the Delmonico know by another name in that list? THAT is the best cut of meat for the grill. I did choose brisket from the list. Smoked brisket bbq is just friggin awesome. :jnj

Just had some for lunch. I had marinated it in olive oil with garlic and rosemary then grilled till med rare, sliced thin and placed in a sandwich.

The hanger steak it was $9/#. I have not been able to eat tongue except for one time.

Ribs dry rubbed with spices and smoked for about 10 hours does the ticket for me. A ton of flavor without all of the fat that the local Floridians call "ribs".
