CORN and BEER

My brother-in-law and I got a little corn roasting gig and are thinking about doing a beer event that is just starting up. The other food vendor looks to be doing his normal thing, but we wanted to get some ideas on spicing up the roasted corn.

I know people are going to hit us up to fill their gut with something so they could drink more. It would be nice to have something to either clear the pallet or go with the suds.
