Hello from Annie

Tue Mar 18, 2014 1:50 pm

Hi Everyone!

I'd be happy to post my recipes, thanks for asking! Send me a note if you don't understand something I've written. I'm putting them all in a book of about 75 with stories about each one due this summer. Some are historical that I gathered when I lived in Egypt, and some are from my travels to Asia and Europe, plus many of my own. There are about 15 1st place winners and some of the others placed 2nd or 3rd if you care about that shite. Most are favorites that were my "House" beers for periods of time.

Cheers!!!

Welcome! I enjoyed your appearance on the session and look forward to seeing the book. I hope that you're able to be on the session again sometime soon and show us how the picobrew zymatic works.

I really enjoyed your contribution to the Session. Your thoughts on judging were really thoughtful and much appreciated.

I was wondering if I could get your West Coast Red Ale that you all sampled on the show. If it's getting published in a book, I can just wait until then.

Thanks.
