Christmas Blues

Sun Dec 25, 2005 3:10 pm

Well, if there was a Christmas blues show, this is what I would want to hear:

Taj Mahal - Stateboro Blues (great slide guitar)
Hound Dog Taylor - She's gone
RL Burnside - Shake 'em on down
Otis Rush - Jump Sister Bessie
BB King - Worry, worry
Bobby Blue Band - Farther up the road
Lightnin' Slim - Nothin' but the devil
Elmore James - Sho' nuff I do

For Doc:
Eddy "the Chief" Clearwater - Bad Mamma Jamma
For Jon to his GF:
Blues Brother - She caught the Katy (I love that hard headed woman of mine)
For Justin to the BV (Bavarian Vixen):
T-Bone Walker - You just wanted to use me
For BV to Justin:
Albert King - Don't throw your love on me so strong

Nope, I like to listen to the blues when I brew. I unlike Dan Gordon and Charlie P, I like to step mash up to 90 min depending on the type of malt. That's a crap load of music I can listen to.

Does Justin play any T-Model Ford on that show of his? Him and RL Burnside are my two favorites right now.

Why don't you just listen to the show once. The best part is in the chat room while he plays we make fun of him!!
