Just thought it will be a good Idea being that its a phone interview

From Me
1 What is your favorite style of beer to brew, do you have a recipe that has stuck with you your whole brewing life?

2 Should you Brew a English Ale if you live in the desert..........is Brian Hunt Listening?)

3. My girlfriend made me a brew last week, it was made of the cheepest hoped malt extract kit you can get, 500gm of sugar and wyeast 1056, fermented at 30deg c....(86 deg seppo), by all accounts this should have tasted average at best, but its come out realy realy nice drinking beer, is this from using the 1056, would that yeast klean out all the crap that would come from a warm ferment?

4. For stum the brewer......please name the 3 toed, crossed eyed, snake ass son of a bitch that borrowed my copy of The Joy of Homebrewing book and never returned it........ :gun :gun

If you had to write them again, would it be so casual given todays ingredients and toys?

And Oz, I know who has your book,

Is Charlie going to brew the "Poor Richard's Ale" recipe being promoted on the Beertown site?

Oz, I think the culprit has my copy too. I can't find it anywhere.

1. How has the state of homebrewing changed from when you began homebrewing. (which ingredients were available then..... has your brewing changed today's selection of ingredients and equipment)

2. Where do you see homebrewing going in the future?
