Pacific Coast Brewing in Oakland is an all-extract brewpub. Apparently they do not have room to build an all-grain system. Never-the-less, they make some very excellent beers. I think it would be interesting to get their brewmaster in the studio to hear what he has to say about his brewing process (not to mention, maybe he'd bring in some of that Blue Whale Ale.
