Great Program

I found the site a little over a week ago and have been listening to the archives for the last week at work. Great show! I love the fact that you guys have Professional brewers on the show. Especially ones that are willing to share their knowledge.

I just listened to the 08-14-05 show with Vinnie Cilurzo from Russian River Brewing and that was a great show. I don't think i've ever heard a craft brewer so willing to share even the smallest details of thier beers. Most of my experience with pro brewers has been that they are very stingy with their info. Most times it's hard to even get what ingredients are in the beers yet alone getting % of each grain, type of hops and when added, OG/FG, mash temps, ferm temps, and any other extra steps to make the beer. Vinnie was very open with everything and that is awesome!

Keep up the great work Brewcasters!

Pacman Thank you for your support. Vinnie is a great person, and his beers reflect that. I know a lot of local homebrewers that go to his brewery, and he walks through his whole process with them.

I think homebrewing really brings out the best in people. Brewers should help others make better beer, and that is what strive to do here at Brewing Network.

Welcome...look forward to talking more beer.
