I know he talks about cooking beans with the bean dip and hummus discussion in the super bowl show. The bean discussion starts about 24 minutes into the show.

For those interested, I will be buying a cow fairly soon that I will slaughter and butcher. If you guys want pics and possible short video clips of some butchering and specific cuts being made, let me know and I'll bring a camera. I think the actual slaughter might be too much for most on here, so I'll just leave that to my FB people from here. Probably sometime next month or early March.

I think that there would be value in video of breaking down a side of beef into the cuts that people are used to seeing in the grocery. Do you have someone to run the camera for you? If you can get high production value out of it, it would make for a good resource!
