I just wanted to say thanks to everyone at the Brewing Network for giving
out tons of information about how to brew a better beer without us newbies screwing
so many batches and losing money in the process. My buddies and I have been brewing
for just over one year. We have learned so much from the Network. We recently entered
our first brew competition in August called Second Annual Timbers Army Homebew Competition
and won second place overall with a Bavarian Hefeweizen.

to brew our beer at McMenamins the Ringler

in downtown Portland 14th and Burnside. I would like to invite any beer drinker and the BN Army to
come and have a drink with me. Because we are having our beer release party Oct. 6, 2011 @ 5PM. The beer will be at happy
hour prices $3.25 throughout the night. Anyone who wears a Timbers Army scarf will be put into
a drawing for a Timbers Army Hombrew competition laser ingraved glass. I wish you guys were close because I would invite all of you to come down and enjoy a pint or two.
