Right on, think it can be great. :pop

Jake, I wasn't too sure about the youtube dis though. I didn't think your take on an extract partial boil any better than what is on you tube.
I was suprised that you didn't take the oportunity to talk about how 30-40 percent of the extract should be added in the last 15 minutes of the boil to avoid caramelation of such a thick wort as per John Palmer's "how to brew".
I was also suprised you said to transfer to a secondary even though transfering to a secondary is just an extra step to invite other potential problems (infection, oxidation) associated with a transfer to another vessel without really having any benefit to the beer on such a short fermentation time, per Pope Jamil. It seems to be the current recomended process.
As Jamil once said, I don't get asked how to make OK beer, I get asked "how do I make the best beer possible". That's what I have learned and experienced on the Brewing Network, and I hope that is what you plan to spread in future episodes.

Cheers man, I look forward to the next episode. :jnj
