Chat Room Beer of the Week

After getting jealous at Kimbeerley and Brewta2's chatroom beer sharing, I decided we need to get as many BN'ers in on this beer of the week idea.

This week's (5-17-09) beer will be Three Philosophers from Ommegang Brewery. Good choice! Everyone try to grab a bottle this week, and we'll all share it this upcoming Sunday!

I have a "cave aged" 3-P that I've been cellaring for a few years. Got it at Howe Caverns, where Ommegang has a little corner for underground beer storage. Next week might be an appropriate time to drink it....

Great idea Baloo. I have a bottle in the cellar that's 2 yrs old. Might have to go get a new one to replace it.
We're having our competition the day before so that might be a good hangover beer.
