Can someone in the chat ask tonights UK guest why the homebrew scene in the UK is falling behind the US. There are few good homebrew shops here, which sell good malt, hops and yeast. Even these good shops don't fridge the hops or dry yeast. If you can get liquid yeast you are taking a gamble on the viability.
I would like to know if they homebrewed and if so what was the quality like.
