AHA on The Brewing Network Show- 1/29/06

Sat Jan 28, 2006 9:30 am

Hey kids,

Sunday is your last chance to register to win the full kegging system from Northern Brewer! Tune in to the live show as we register the last three listeners before we give away the kegging system next week. We will also be joined by newly appointed American Homebrewers Association (AHA) Director, Gary Glass to discuss all things AHA, as well as the new threats of legislation in the United States that run counter to the homebrew movement. Our official tasting for the week will be New Belgium Amber Ale.

We hope you'll join us this Sunday at 5:00 p.m. Pacific Time. Plus, The Blues and Brews Show starts at 11:00 a.m. Pacific Time, so if you're brewing, or just relaxing this Sunday morning, tune in to The Brewing Network for great tunes to brew by. As always, The Brewing Network Show is live, commercial-free, funny and informative. Be sure to explore the entire expanded lineup of shows now available on The Brewing Network including The Jamil Show and The Australian Craftbrewer Radio Program, as well as replays of the Sunday live show.

Don't live in the U.S. and want to know when the show airs live in your time zone? Go here for a great time zone converter:

and click on the "Listen" button. Drop into the chatroom during the show for real-time interaction with dozens of other homebrewers and to ask questions of the Brewcasters. If you can't catch the show live, click on the "Archives" button to download mp3 files of all past shows. Rather listen to a podcast of past shows? There is an iTunes link button on The Brewing Network home page.

If you have any pre-questions to ask of the Brewcasters or guest, send them to justin@thebrewingnetwork.com or post them under the "Beer Radio" topic in The Brewing Network Forum.

Looks like I missed some classic bits, what with everybody quoting The Vinnie Puppet and the "Touch the Felt" song.

For a better timezone converter, try this http://www.timezoneconverter.com/cgi-bin/tzc.tzc

Other one only converts current time, whereas the link above allows you to specify a date/time and timezones to convert to and from.
