I also experience download issues. That goes for all BN shows.

So I use Firefox go the the BN website and download it manualy.
When download stops and file is not downloaded yet I pause it and restart it.

This way I can get the whole file.

I don't have Foxfire, but I have been playing with Google Chrome, so I tried that instead of Internet Explorer. Worked like a charm! I'll be listening to it on company time in a couple of hours.
Thanks for the tips, sometimes the simplest changes work the best.

Glad to hear it worked for you, but I still have to know what you were using when it didn't work... I need to be sure it isn't some strange thing here.

I am using Linux and Liferea as my pod-catching client. It used to work just fine. I started experience download problems (I got only partial file) about two weeks ago and now I do manual downloads. I still have the same issue. I get thru part of the file and then download stops. I have to pause the download and then resume it. I have to do this a few times till I get the whole file.

Is the IToons download server and RSS download serve the same? Just a thought.

Yeah... Internet Explorer can bite it IMO.... if you're having problems, count on it being that browser.

http://www.mozilla.com/ <- Firefox for free. You won't regret it.

I was using Internet Explorer 7. I right click the "download MP3" button and send it to a folder. I also tried just clicking it which opens Winamp, my default player. 31 seconds worth no matter how many times I tried it.
I tried it again as I type this; you guessed it, 31 seconds.
