Listened to this show 3 times before, but much more helpful tonight #4 with the PDF.

I did purchase a couple of the thermowells (slide 12 in the center) for the carboy.

The stainless tube that drops into the liquid in the carboy is not big enough to put the Ranco temp probe in so I am still taping the probe to the side of the carboy.

I think it was a presentation at the 2005 conference, but the site only has back to 2007.
