I'd be interested in hearing tips for the 'budget' all grain brewer, specifically some tips for equipment. It's awesome to hear from the expert brewmaster, it's even more awesome to hear that the basic techniques are the same, regardless of equipment. Perhaps something about tips and tricks using basic equipment, that people on a budget could afford. Hopefully that makes sense!

I'd really like to see some more detail on some of the chemical aspects of flavor development during boils and fermentation.

Doc's got the knowledge, and I'd like to see him (and guests) break down some of the processes (such as acetyldehyde formation, diacetyl), what flavors they lead to, and how you can control the flavor profile with these products.

I'd like to hear more from Jamil. Its nice hearing good advice from someone who isn't brewing 10 barrels at a pop. Don't get me wrong, I love hearing the pros too, I just think its a lil more relevant.

I'd like to hear more about yeast. You could do a whole month on yeast and not cover it entirely.

I'd love to see you get the guys from Stone or Alesmith on. I *might* be able to help with the AleSmith part somewhat.

Ingredients would be great. Even if someone just when through them and said, "A is great for b," etc...

But keep it fun ;) One of the best things about the show for me is that I *understand* wtf you are talking about. I don't feel like I need a degree in chemistry to follow along.

Well listeners...

2006 is coming around the corner, and BN has some ideas boiling, but we need some input from you.

How about the Drunken Strippers show? You can have drunken strippers talk about um, well nothing...they just need be drunken and stripped. That way you and Doc can be entertained. We know Justin is gay, so no worries there.

Anyways, I'll try to be serious for a second or two. I already suggested via PM that we have some call-in guests from out of state, and I am happy to see that happening. I suppose some more of those for 2006 would be cool.

Other than that, I am wondering if you are planning to stick mostly to beers, or are you planning on having mead, cider, and braggot shows or anything? I think it'd be neat to have some shows on them to mix things up.

Keep up the good work.

Oh, god. I don't want anything to do with Justin stripping and I bet neither does Daniela.

No, no, no.

By drunken strippers, I meant drunken girls, not the Brewcasters. I suppose you're right though, as Justin may try to get naked. Somebody in the studio would have to make sure that wouldn't happen.

I like the idea of that as well... how about a show that takes you from one extreme to the other. Low tech and low budget to exotic and expensive etc.
